Summit Financial Center was designed as a flagship commercial tower engineered for flexibility, sustainable performance, and tenant-driven premium experiences. The 42-story structure features adaptive floor plates allowing tenants to configure spaces from open-plan tech floors to executive boardroom suites, all unified by biophilic design elements and a LEED Platinum energy strategy.
Challenges Overcome
High-density site logistics in downtown Chicago, zero-downtime utility migration from adjacent live buildings, and coordinating multiple tenant fit-outs during base construction.
