Meridian Tower was envisioned as a vertical neighborhood — a mixed-use development where ground-floor boutique retail activates the streetscape, mid-rise Class-A offices attract premium tenants, and a rooftop hospitality deck provides a shared amenity that elevates the entire building's brand. The design marries structural efficiency with architectural elegance through a diagrid exoskeleton that doubles as the building's visual identity.
Challenges Overcome
Complex zoning requirements for mixed-use occupancy, coordination of separate MEP systems for retail, office, and hospitality zones, and maintaining street-level access during construction in a dense urban block.
